a1sx2_Thumbnail1_IMG_6040-COLLAGE-Medium.jpgGuest speaker this year was Motivational Speaker Gerry Duffy who has run 32 marathons in 32 days and turned his life around from one lacking in goals and drive to being superbly motivated to live the best life possible by pushing himself to perform to his best each day. Gerry encouraged us all to push ourselves out of our comfort zone to achieve a little more each day and this will lead to a better more engaged lifestyle from which we will benefit greatly.
